Before your next visit to the spa

We are taking extra precautions when booking each client. After your appointment has been booked you will receive a COVID-19 health questionnaire in your email, to be completed, signed and sent back. This will be for every client, for every appointment, until we are instructed otherwise.

New client intake form

If you are a new client you will also be required to complete, sign and send back the New Client Intake Form at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment. You will receive a link to the form in your email.

other forms

If you are receiving dermaplaning, nano-needling or body sugaring treatments you will also be required to complete, sign and send back your form at least one day prior to your appointment. You will receive a link to the form in your email.

if you have been sick

If you, or someone in your household has been sick or has had any flu-like symptoms within 14 days of your appointment we ask that you reschedule. No-show fees do not apply at this time in the case that you may have to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Arrival

We ask that you wait in your car when you first arrive for your scheduled appointment, and text or call to let us know you have arrived. You can either call the salon at 604-792-6161 or text Andrea at 604-850-4636.

Entering the spa

Upon entering the spa, we ask that you immediately wash or sanitize your hands. There will be a sanitization table placed at the door for your convenience. Only guests who have a scheduled appointment or who are making a purchase are allowed in the spa at one time. Any family/friends waiting for a client will need to wait outside. *Children under the age of 16 receiving a service may have one parent/guardian in the treatment room. The parent/guardian must wear a mask and answer all pre-screening questions.

Masks

We ask that you to wear a mask before entering the spa and at all other times aside from those guests who are receiving a facial treatment, in which case I will be wearing a mask and a full face shield. If you forget to bring your mask, there will be disposable masks for purchase of $2.

Shopping

Curbside pickup and free no-contact delivery will still be available for all retail purchases! You can call or text your order to Andrea at 604-850-4636. If you are picking up just call when you arrive and we will bring your items out to you.

These protocols will be updated as we receive new directives from our governing bodies. Please be sure to read your appointment reminder emails and texts so you are aware of any changes before you arrive. Thank you for your cooperation.
