24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your skin treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. You may make a reservation at my website. Since I strive to provide personal service to my clients, no-shows and cancellations impact me significantly. Therefore I have a strict cancellation policy. Studio70 Skincare requires 24 hours notice of any cancellation or appointment change. If you cancel or change any appointment in less than 24 hours, or no-show, you will not be re-booked. When you miss an appointment with me I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule an appointment with Studio70 Skincare, you are agreeing to these policies.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are a first-time client a profile will be completed prior to your service so please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your session.

Late arrivals

Regretfully, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and may result in shortened treatment time. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Refund Policy

It is my mission to provide you with the highest quality skin care and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like them so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event that you purchase any of the home care products and find them to be defective, I will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, I cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to be used on any other products or services available here at Studio70 Skincare. Thank you for your understanding.
